Hi Ishak, I really enjoy reading your articles about softball and firstly i would like to thank you for your warm welcome during our visit in Miri for a friendly matches with Miri Oilers and Sunset Batters on the 19th Sept. On behalf of my team mates(Knights) we hope we can have this kind of games more in the nearest future and would say it's good for exposing this game to other people and hopefully could attract their interest in softball. As for myself i have been playing softball since 1989 and until now the spirit of the game still burning inside me,soon there will be a Brunei softball league and al of us hope we can do well and lastly it will be great if more teams from Miri could jion the league.
Hehehe i was still thinking and couldn't believe it, i was there on the 18th sept playing in the middle of the day under the scorching heat of Miri'sun. Despite of the exhausting games that day i really enjoy and had a good laught with all the players.It was a good atmosphere,the weather was great and everything went well as schedule. Thank to the softball's committe who made it a great success.well done guys!
Hi Jorol & Knights Thank you very much for your comments, I'm glad you all enjoyed the friendlies as much as we did, and yes indeed, the weather and atmosphere were fantastic though a little hot for the 1st match, everyone's smiling and enjoying unlike in a competing tournament, where most of us are dead serious and out to kill each other ! hahaha..... I hope this softball fever will continue on and we are all looking forward to the coming tournament in Brunei end of this year. thanks again for coming down and making it happened.
To all knights players,just wondering how's all of you feeling after the matches with both teams in Miri. Personally,it was a great effort from the team and hope this will continue on forever.For the new guys joining the team,welcome on board especially to Amir(boy),Suhaimi(Player of the day),Karol,Boy & Pijal. All of you were awesome but still need lot to improve and i believe there is still plenty of room to improve it.P/s: Just listen to your Captain Musrafi,he knows what is best for you guys.Anyways may God bless this team Amin.
so.so. great to discover there's plenty of softball players who really kin on sball,both your teams is really enjoy it, well..let me arrange my team here, than i would like to ve a game like u both too,it's seem u guys dn't care the result win or lose,the real rusult is OILERS and KNIGHTS is having a real friendship improvment game.keep it up GUYS.i'm proud of u all.SALUTE!
